UKMLA AKT
Terms of use
A revision tool, not an exam board. Please read the disclaimer.

What this is
This is an independent revision tool built by Rayyan Malik, which lets you sit practice papers in a format resembling the UKMLA Applied Knowledge Test and then analyse your weak areas. Access is by invite code.
By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
Not affiliated, and not official
This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the General Medical Council, the UK Medical Licensing Assessment, any medical school or any examining body. "UKMLA" and "AKT" are used only to describe the exam this tool helps you revise for.
The questions here are written or generated for revision. They are not real exam questions, they are not past papers, and they are not drawn from any official question bank. Your score here is not a prediction of your result and carries no official weight whatsoever.
Not clinical advice
The content covers diagnosis, investigation and management, and is written for exam revision only. It is not clinical guidance and must never be used to make a decision about a real patient.
Medicine changes and questions can contain mistakes. Always check current national guidance, your local trust protocols and a senior colleague before acting clinically. If you spot an error in a question, please report it so it can be fixed.
Your account
Your invite code and login are for you alone. Do not share them, do not create accounts for other people, and tell us if you think someone else has your password.
We can suspend an account that is sharing access, copying the question bank, or interfering with the app. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will say why.
Using it properly
Please do not:
- copy, scrape, export or republish the question bank, in whole or in part
- share your login, or pass questions on to people without access
- sell anything from this app, or charge anyone for access to it
- try to break into the app, the database, or another user’s account
- attempt to interfere with anyone else’s attempt or results
The questions themselves
The question bank belongs to the person who built it and is licensed to you only for your own revision while you have access. Some questions are drafted with the help of AI tools and reviewed before publication, and they are grounded in published national guidance, which remains the property of its own publishers.
It is free, and it is a side project
Nothing here costs anything and nothing is ever charged, which is why there is no refund policy. It is built and maintained around clinical work, so it may be offline, may lose features, and may at some point stop being maintained. Do not make it the only thing you revise from.
We do not promise it will be available, accurate or complete. We fix what we can when we are told about it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including exam outcomes.
Governing law, and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
